Media Manager Profiling Guide Version 7 : Customized Workflows
This page last changed on May 23, 2008 by johannaf.
The Media Manager Workflow Editor allows you to create non-standard profiling workflows that deviate from the default profiling workflow. This is useful for non-ICC workflows, or workflows that incorporate steps such as gray balance or black generation tables.
To create a new workflow:1. From the main Media Manager screen, select Reports and Tools. 2. Select Customize Workflows. 3. Click Add button. 4. Select whether you want the new workflow to have an ICC swatch step or not, give the workflow a name, and click on next. 5. Check/uncheck the steps you want in the workflow, and select whether you want to print a test image for each step. 6. Click Finish, then click on the Stop button (black square) on the main Workflow editor screen. To use the new workflow:1. Click on create a new media or mode. 2. A box will appear allowing you to select the workflow you want to use. Select the new workflow you created. 3. Follow your newly created workflow to create your media or mode. Back to Media Manager. |
