Creating an RGB profile for a light device requires you change the Processing Options to RGB in the printer capabilities. Make sure you enable this options before you begin otherwise it may not be visalbe in the drop-down list as an option.

When using an RGB device the only step you need to preform is the ICC step.

Make sure you choose to print the RGB specific ICC swatches. 

Click > Setup> Options
